PHIPPS has become known and acclaimed for its radically new approach to menswear at Paris Fashion Week, playing upon and altering its existing codes, and upholding a set of ecological values while doing so.
We run a fully independent and tightly knit organization in the center of Paris. Our small team is growing, and we are looking for motivated and inspired new members.

Note that Phipps is a Paris Fashion Week brand, but that its internal culture and style tends to be different from established fashion houses today.


We are looking for highly independent and polyvalent applicants with backgrounds in e-commerce, marketing, and production. As we are a small team, you will be assisting across several roles, from digital content creation, customer service, campaign production, and more.

Below is an exhaustive list of responsibilities that aim to give you an overview of the position, but are not what would be required of you at all times. You will be working with both the Digital Content Manager and the Creative Director, and share the following responsibilities.


Background: BA or MA in marketing, communications, or a related field. Arts students with varied backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is a minimum, fluency in both French and English is a major plus.
Software: confident with Adobe Suite; familiar with MS Office. Familiarity with CRMs, e-commerce, and digital merchandising tools like Shopify and Mailchimp a major plus.
Interpersonal: self-motivated, organized, flexible, and able to handle workload independently. A team player.
Must have strong analytical skills and an eye for trends, an interest in luxury and sustainability a plus.


Work closely with eCommerce Manager to keep the website back-end up to date, fulfill orders, update stock, liaise with the warehouse, and respond to customer service emails.
Work closely with our wholesale clients (e-tailers as well as brick & mortar stores) to facilitate digital and physical collaborations such as pop-ups and experiences.
Help to define seasonal merchandising calendar across several social media platforms (notably Instagram).
Help to create original written and graphic content for the website.
Create and plan newsletters and relevant marketing campaigns (notably via Facebook Ads).
Write captions and product descriptions.
Research and plan growth initiatives; review and test apps, extensions and tech solutions (such as Wechat, TikTok).

Follow up with our PR agencies, liaise with the press for requests and deliveries.
Assist the Creative Director in location and equipment bookings for shoots.
